In light of this, adjacent to the current MAW warehouses, there is over 125 acres ready for build to suit development with the same level of service as available in our existing facilities can be extended to include the new building. It is MAW's intention to offer full build-to-suit warehousing/production facility solutions.
MAW has partnered with the same construction company for the last 30 years to build all of our production and distribution facilities. With their expertise and our industry knowledge and experience, MAW can work with you to develop a build-to-suit facility that will allow you to meet all your warehouse, distribution and production needs.
